Travel to First CalllFrom Last Call of Daily Shift. (a) Employees will commence their shift at a job site location within the defined service area as outlined in Appendix E or at the office of the Company at the specified time as directed by their coordinator/dispatcher or direct supervisor. On travel to the first call of a daily shift, a Technician will be paid 0.25 hours of their hourly rate at straight time for travel beyond a 17.5km radius from Kitchener City Hall. If travel extends outside a 35km radius from Kitchener City Hall, a Technician will be paid another 0.25 hours of their hourly rate at straight time, and a further 0.25 hours of their hourly rate at straight time for every additional 20 km beyond the 35km radius from Kitchener City Hall. On travel from the last call of a daily shift, a Technician will be paid 0.25 hours of their hourly rate at straight time for travel beyond a 17.5km radius from Kitchener City Hall. If travel extends outside a 35km radius from Kitchener City Hall, a Technician will be paid another 0.25 hours of their hourly rate at straight time, and a further 0.25 hours of their hourly rate at straight time for every additional 20km beyond the 35km radius from Kitchener City Hall.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.

  • NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE FEDERAL EARNED INCOME CREDIT The Contractor shall notify its employees, and shall require each subcontractor to notify its employees, that they may be eligible for the Federal Earned Income Credit under the federal income tax laws. Such notice shall be provided in accordance with the requirements set forth in Internal Revenue Service Notice No. 1015.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.
