Transportation of Accident Victims. Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the BCGEU. The BCGEU shall ensure that adequate arrangements are made for the employee to return to the job site or current local accommodation, whichever is the most appropriate to the employee's condition. Transportation will be provided or paid by the BCGEU.
