Translation Requirements. 6.2.1 In accordance with section 8.4.16 of the NLCA, in addition to any other translation requirements contained in this IIBA, CWS shall, at its own cost, translate and make available in the Inuit Language all written (including electronic), audio and video information produced by it to educate or inform the public about NWAs and MBSs.
Translation Requirements a. The Publisher authorizes the Local Translator to translate the titles directly into the language stated above maintaining the meaning, spirit and theological stance of the original title. Any changes made that alter the meaning, spirit or theological stance or to make the translation conform to doctrinal differences of The Local Translator must be authorized in writing by The Publisher prior to duplication or printing of the title(s) listed in this agreement. These improvements or changes must be outlined in detail, in the English language and sent to The Publisher prior to duplication and use for approval.

  • Information Requirements The Company covenants that, if at any time before the end of the Effectiveness Period the Company is not subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act, it will cooperate with any Holder and take such further reasonable action as any Holder may reasonably request in writing (including, without limitation, making such reasonable representations as any such Holder may reasonably request), all to the extent required from time to time to enable such Holder to sell Registrable Securities without registration under the Securities Act within the limitation of the exemptions provided by Rule 144 and Rule 144A under the Securities Act and customarily taken in connection with sales pursuant to such exemptions. Upon the written request of any Holder, the Company shall deliver to such Holder a written statement as to whether it has complied with such filing requirements, unless such a statement has been included in the Company’s most recent report filed pursuant to Section 13 or Section 15(d) of Exchange Act. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section 7 shall be deemed to require the Company to register any of its securities (other than the Common Stock) under any section of the Exchange Act.

  • Certification Requirements Certification is based upon a candidate meeting the minimum requirements of the Program, including achieving passing scores on required examinations in accordance with The Linux Foundation’s testing guidelines. If you meet these requirements you will receive a certificate from The Linux Foundation signifying your accomplishment. Program requirements for Certification and renewal of Certification are available on the CNCF website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx/certification/expert/ and include the requirements set forth in this Agreement. Certification is only available for natural persons, not corporations or other legal entities. Should the candidate misuse any certificate or Xxxx, appropriate action may be taken in The Linux Foundation’s sole discretion to resolve the case and prevent recurrence. You agree to comply with all of The Linux Foundation’s requests and demands from time to time regarding your use of the Marks. Misuse may give rise to Certifications being withdrawn and legal action being taken in The Linux Foundation’s sole discretion. (Use of Marks is defined in Section 3.6.)
