Transient Guests Clause Samples

The Transient Guests clause defines the rules and limitations regarding short-term or temporary occupants within a property. Typically, this clause specifies the maximum duration a guest may stay without being considered a tenant, and may require the tenant to notify or seek approval from the landlord for guests staying beyond a certain period, such as more than a few days. Its core function is to prevent unauthorized long-term occupancy, ensuring the landlord retains control over who resides in the property and mitigating risks associated with unapproved subletting or overcrowding.
