Common use of Transfers Out of the Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Transfers Out of the Bargaining Unit. An employee transferring out of the bargaining unit will continue to accumulate departmental seniority rights for sixty (60) calendar days following the transfer, after which time they shall have no bargaining unit rights.
