Transfer Travel Limits. When the transfer of an employee becomes necessary, the Employer shall not require said employee to travel one way more than twenty-five (25) miles between their place of residence and the new location. If an employee travels more than twenty-five (25) miles between their place of residence and the new location, due to the Employer's request, the employee will receive mileage reimbursement at the rate set by company policy for all Thrifty Payless Inc. d/b/a Rite Aid employees for miles in excess of twenty-five (25) miles as outlined in Article 7.11.
