TRANSFER TO SUPERVISORY POSITION. 24:01 If an employee covered by the Agreement is or has been transferred to a position which is not subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the employee shall retain his seniority he had attained prior to the transfer for up to one [1] month but shall not continue to accumulate or retain seniority after one [1] month in such position.
