TRANSFER TO OTHER LOCATIONS. (i) Where a transfer is to a position that does not operate flexible working hours, every effort is to be made to eliminate any debit/credit balance before the transfer occurs. Where this cannot be achieved, any credit balance can be taken at the new work place, at a time convenient to that office. Any debit balance is to be adjusted by working extra time.
