Transfer of Spouse--When change of employment by a certified staff member’s 48 spouse requires the transfer of a certified staff member’s residence 49 from the St. Louis area, the Board of Education may grant a release conditional 50 upon employment of a duly qualified replacement. In most instances, the 51 certified staff member will be required to fulfill the terms of the contract until 52 a replacement can be found.

  • Transfer of Service This Agreement may only be assigned in connection with sale of the covered HP product and only within the United States. Customer must inform HP when the covered HP product is sold per Section 10a. HP is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the assignment.

  • Transfer of Sick Leave Any employee with prior service with another public agency of the State of Ohio shall be credited with the balance of accumulated but unused sick leave upon proper certification of the accumulated but unused sick leave from the previous public employer.

  • Designation of Beneficiary The depositor may designate a beneficiary or beneficiaries to receive benefits from the custodial account in the event of the depositor’s death. In the event the depositor has not designated a beneficiary, or if all beneficiaries shall predecease the depositor, the following persons shall take in the order named:

  • Beneficiary Designation The Participant may, from time to time, name any beneficiary or beneficiaries (who may be named contingently or successively) to whom any benefit under this Agreement is to be paid in case of his or her death before he or she receives any or all of such benefit. Each such designation shall revoke all prior designations by the Participant, shall be in a form prescribed by the Company, and will be effective only when filed by the Participant in writing with the Director of Human Resources of the Company during the Participant’s lifetime. In the absence of any such designation, benefits remaining unpaid at the Participant’s death shall be paid to the Participant’s estate.

  • Beneficiary Designations The Executive shall designate a beneficiary by filing a written designation with the Company. The Executive may revoke or modify the designation at any time by filing a new designation. However, designations will only be effective if signed by the Executive and accepted by the Company during the Executive's lifetime. The Executive's beneficiary designation shall be deemed automatically revoked if the beneficiary predeceases the Executive, or if the Executive names a spouse as beneficiary and the marriage is subsequently dissolved. If the Executive dies without a valid beneficiary designation, all payments shall be made to the Executive's estate.

  • How do the RMD Rules Impact my Designated Beneficiary or Beneficiaries The RMD rules provide for the determination of your designated beneficiary or beneficiaries as of September 30 of the year following your death. Consequently, any beneficiary may be eliminated for purposes of calculating the RMD by the distribution of that beneficiary’s benefit, through a valid disclaimer between your death and the end of September following the year of your death, or by dividing your IRA account into separate accounts for each of several designated beneficiaries you may have designated.

  • Transfer of Personal Data The Participant authorizes, agrees and unambiguously consents to the transmission by the Company (or any Subsidiary) of any personal data information related to the Option awarded under this Agreement for legitimate business purposes (including, without limitation, the administration of the Plan). This authorization and consent is freely given by the Participant.

  • Enrolled Nurse (With Notation Pay point 1 (a) Pay point 1 refers to the pay point to which an enrolled nurse (EN) has been appointed. (b) An employee will be appointed based on training and experience including: having satisfactorily completed a hospital based course of training in nursing of not more than 12 months duration leading to enrolment as an EN; or having satisfactorily completed a course of training of 12 months duration in a specified branch of nursing leading to enrolment on a register or roll maintained by a state/territory nurses registration board; and having practical experience of up to but not more than 12 months in the provision of nursing care and/or services, and, the undertaking of in-service training, subject to its provision by the employing agency, from time to time.   • Leave Without Pay for Relocation of Spouse (a) At the request of an employee, leave without pay for a period of up to one (1) year shall be granted to an employee whose spouse is permanently relocated and up to five (5) years to an employee whose spouse is temporarily relocated.
