Common use of Transfer between Employers Clause in Contracts

Transfer between Employers. Transfer employees already working on a site covered under this agreement between Employers, provided both Employers and the Union agree. This agreement shall not be unreasonably denied in the following circumstances. Such transfers will be limited to: short term work assignments (14 calendar days); or emergent work that may involve specific skill requirements; or radiological dose management.
