Training Matrix. Minor Where determined necessary by the division/district commander, an evaluation/review session, up to four hours in duration, will be conducted by the division/district EVOC instructor. Such evaluation/review may include an observation and commentary ride as well as aspects of emergency vehicle operation; and retraining shall be specific to the type of collision involved as well as any other noted deficiency. Understanding the training matrix of the Department and how training is provided within the FTO program as well as how often state-offered training is attended is an essential part of this assessment.
