VSE Minimum Salary Clause Samples
VSE Minimum Salary. 30.3.1 A VSE will receive a Minimum yearly Salary as set out in the following table: $70,000 $70,000 $71,820 $73,687
30.3.2 A VSE shall receive the Minimum Salary described in clause 30.3.1 or their actual earnings each fortnight, whichever is the greater. In the event that VSEs actual earnings do not meet the Minimum Salary in any fortnight, that amount will be deducted from actual earnings in the next pay period.
30.3.3 The Company may revise the VSE Minimum Salary subject to the following:
(a) In the event that the average earnings of VSE’s are at or near the Minimum Salary, the Company may revise the VSE Minimum Salary for all VSE’s subject to consultation with the Union prior to reducing the Minimum Salary.
(b) Where the Minimum Salary has been reduced in two steps by a total of 15% or more of VSE Minimum Salary in a 12 month period the Company will consult with the Union on the need to reduce numbers of VSE’s in accordance with clause 8.18.

VSE Minimum Salary. 25.4.1 A VSE will receive a minimum year salary as set out in the following table. The minimum salary will be increased in accordance with the percentage increase in clause 10 rates as set out below.
25.4.2 A VSE shall receive the minimum salary described in clause 25.4.1 or their actual earnings each fortnight, whichever is the greater. In the event that a VSE’s actual earnings do not meet the guarantee minimum in any fortnight, that amount will be deducted from actual earnings in the next pay period subject to earnings being in excess of the minimum salary.
