Training Classes. It is the understanding of the parties that the salaries of the Connecticut Career Trainee and Accountant Career Trainee Classes, and all incumbents therein, shall be increased to a first year salary of either salary grade 15(1) or salary grade 15(2) consistent with historical practice and degree credentials no later than the date of objective job evaluation (OJE) study implementation. Upon completion of one (1) year of service in a two (2) year training class, said employee shall be advanced to salary grade 15(5).
