Common use of Training and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Training and Documentation. Any training or documentation necessary for the recipient of the Service to have full benefit of such Service shall be deemed included in the scope of the order at no cost, unless expressly excluded. Supplier shall be responsible for providing hands-on training on the use of the Service(s) for all end users. Supplier shall coordinate scheduling for all training directly with the Subscriber. In conjunction with verbal explanations of the system features and configuration, Supplier shall supply documentation including operations manuals, instruction cards, and other materials as necessary for each Service.
