Common use of Traffic Circulation Improvements Clause in Contracts

Traffic Circulation Improvements. In order to assist CITY in providing for area-wide traffic circulation as required by this Project, OWNER shall cause to be made the traffic circulation improvements identified for the Project including all applicable measures from the Updated and Modified Mitigation Monitoring Program 106B approved in conjunction with Subsequent EIR No. 334 as shown on the Final Site Plan.
