Future Approvals. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the County from denying or conditionally approving any subsequent land use permit or authorization for the Project on the basis of such new or modified ordinances, resolutions, rules, regulations and policies except that such subsequent actions shall be subject to any conditions, terms, restrictions, and requirements expressly set forth herein.

Future Approvals. The right to withhold all further reviews, approvals, licenses, building permits and/or other permits for development of the Project in the case of a default by Master Developer, or in the case of a default by a Subdeveloper, development of those Parcels owned by the Subdeveloper until the Default has been cured.
Future Approvals. Nothing in this Agreement obligates the City or any other governmental entity to grant final approval of any matter referring or relating to the Commercial Cannabis Permit, the CUP, operation of a commercial marijuana business(es) or facility(ies), and/or this Agreement, nor does it obligate the City to pursue or defend any claims, demands or action in law or equity, nor does it otherwise limit the City’s authority to resolve any such claim, demand or action.
Future Approvals. Seller hereby agrees to reasonably cooperate with Purchaser in connection with the pursuit by Purchaser after the Closing of approvals or agreements from the City of Woodbury with respect to the development of the Adjacent Land and capital improvements to the Three Land and Four Land, including without limitation, a new financial agreement with the City of Woodbury with respect to the Adjacent Land and the Three Land and Four Land; provided, however, Seller shall not be obligated to take any action which would increase Seller’s obligations or liabilities or result in a out-of-pocket cost to Seller. Purchaser shall indemnify, defend and hold Seller harmless from and against all costs, claims, damages or liabilities incurred by Seller in connection with or by reason of Seller’s cooperation pursuant to this Section 9 or any approvals or agreements from the City obtained by Purchaser pursuant to this Section 9. The provisions of this Section 9 shall survive the Closing.
Future Approvals. To the extent Developer is required to obtain any subsequent Project approvals from the City, the City shall not use its discretionary authority in considering any such application to change the policy decisions reflected in the Development Agreement and the Specific Plan, or otherwise to prevent or to delay development of the Project.
Future Approvals. To the extent that the Owners or Developer require future approvals from the City or its staff in connection with the development of the Property, the City shall not unreasonably withhold or delay such approval, nor require a public hearing in connection therewith, except as may be specifically required by applicable Illinois law or City Ordinances.

Future Approvals. The City hereby agrees that land uses sought by Developer for the Project Site are approved or will be approved pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, provided that Developer satisfactorily complies with all preliminary procedures, actions, payments and criteria applicable as of the effective date of this Agreement and generally required of developers by the City for processing applications for developments at such time. City agrees to grant and implement the necessary land use, zoning, or site plan approvals and to grant other approvals and permits, including the Ministerial Approvals, that will accomplish or facilitate development of the Project Site for the uses and to the density or intensity of development described and shown in this Agreement pursuant to those rules, regulation policies and conditions in force on the effective date of this Agreement. Future approvals may relate to design review, parcel map(s), and building permits.
Future Approvals promptly upon receipt thereof and at any time upon request of Agent, copies of any written Entitlements, approvals or consents obtained by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries after the Closing Date in connection with the development of the Project;
