Topographic Survey. The first task performed by F&L will be to complete a detailed topographic survey of the two Project areas to serve as the basis of design for the proposed improvements and for development of a base plan. The survey will be conducted as follows: • Perform field topographic surveys within the Project limits including 20-feet on each side of the existing water main to capture visible public and private improvements, driveways and utilities, including existing U.S.A. markings within street right of ways. Storm drain This topographic survey includes the location, size and sanitary sewer appurtenances elevations of all above ground improvements and evidence of subsurface improvements such as drainage structures falling within and adjacent to the limits of survey. It does not include the location of subsurface improvements such as utilities and foundations. This survey will be dipped. • All surface expressions also not include the location and mapping of existing water line utility lines obtained from available maps will be field verifiedindividual trees. • Easements, if any, shown on recorded maps The spatial data collected in the course of performing the area will be shown on the survey map and base plan. • All visible clean outs will be located. • Existing utility location research will be performed including review of available City and utility owner drawings. Approximate utility locations interpreted from available drawings will be shown on the Project base plan1. • Survey information will be translated to AutoCAD drawings for development of the Project base plan and associated construction documents. • The topographic survey will also include estimated property lines be relative to the North American Datum of 1983/2011 Realization (NAD83/11) and right the North American Vertical Datum of way 1988 (ROWNAVD88) lines as shown based on available City control established through the use of the National Geodetic Survey (NGS) On-line User Positioning Service (OPUS) and/or ties to existing Lake County and/or NGS geodetic control stations. A minimum of two (2) three-dimensional control points will be established in the vicinity of each site area in the course of performing the survey. Below is a list of the areas to be surveyed with a brief description of the preliminary plan for each. The following specific topographic features and items will be surveyed within each specific area:  Area 1 – Conceptual Improvements are to eliminate two culverts and install low water crossings. o Survey Seasonal High-Water Lines (SHWL), Normal Pool (NP) Lines, and existing berm and ditch bottom. Measure cross sections at 00-xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx,.  Xxxx 0 – Conceptual Improvements are to install a stable low water crossing. o Survey SHWL, NP, and existing berm and ditch bottom. Measure cross sections at 50-ft intervals along berm road. Exhibit B  Area 3 – Conceptual Improvements are to remove culvert and put low water crossing. o Survey SHWL, NP, and existing berm and ditch bottom. Measure cross sections at 00-xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx.  Xxxx 0 – No survey required for this upland restoration area.  Area 5 – Approximately 3 culverts to be removed and replaced with low water crossing. o Survey SHWL, NP, and existing berm and ditch bottom. Install low water crossing o Survey SHWL, NP, and existing berm, ditch bottom, and connectivity between pools. Measure cross sections at 00-xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx.  Xxxx 0 – Stabilize maintenance trail. o Survey out to dry location (25’ typical). Measure cross sections at 00-xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxx / shoreline.  Area 10 – Berm bisecting middle of wetland. Remove berm and install a less invasive pathway suitable for emergency vehicles during controlled xxxxx o Survey SHWL, NP, and existing berm, ditch bottom, and depth of water. Measure cross sections at 25-ft intervals along berm road, approximately 25’ out from berm top of slope.  Area 11 – No survey required for this upland restoration area. Field crews will be directed to keep vehicles on trail roads to minimize potential impacts to existing natural habitat during survey activities. Upon completion of field survey activities, a certified topographic survey, compiled in AutoCAD Civil 3D format, will be produced to map and portray existing site conditions. All work and products will be produced in conformance with Florida Administrative Code Rule Chapter 5J-17, Standards of Practice, pursuant to Chapter 472, Florida Statues. D eliverable: Copies of collected data and survey information. Final deliverable products will be three (3) certified topographic survey drawings together with the associated CAD files.
