Tonnage Data. On or before April 15, 2018 and quarterly thereafter during the term 598 of this AGREEMENT, FRANCHISEE shall deliver to CITY a quarterly report as specified in 599 Section 8.02.1 listing the actual tonnage delivered by the FRANCHISEE to the Disposal or 600 Processing Facility, the tonnage of material discarded or landfilled including residue, the tonnage 601 of material recycled or composted by material type (metal, wood, concrete, Green Waste, etc.) 602 for the preceding quarter, and the number of Service Recipients collected.

Tonnage Data. Within thirty (30) days upon execution of the Agreement and on the 35 twentieth (20th) day of each month thereafter during the term of this Agreement, 36 CONTRACTOR shall deliver to CITY a listing of the actual tonnage collected, disposed, 37 recycled, Composted, and residue for the preceding month sorted between SFD, MFD 38 Commercial and CITY Service Units and between Debris Box containers and all other 39 containers to the extent practical.
Tonnage Data. Tonnage of Solid Waste, Recyclables, and Organic Waste collected and processed for diversion and residual amounts landfilled, aggregated by services provided to residential, commercial, and City recipients.
Tonnage Data. On or before April 30, 2018 and quarterly thereafter during the term of this Agreement, LICENSEE shall deliver to CITY a quarterly report as specified in Section 8.02.1 listing the actual tonnage delivered by the LICENSEE to the Recycling, Processing, or Transformation Facility (for biomass energy only), the tonnage of material discarded or landfilled including residue, and the tonnage of material recycled, composted, or transformed for the preceding quarter.

  • Usage Data 7.1. The parties shall supply data on usage of the Licensed Work that is available to them during the term of this Licence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties shall neither assemble nor provide data from which an individual user could be identified.

  • Licensee Data Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee will be solely responsible for backing-up, and taking all appropriate measures to protect and secure, Licensee Data. Licensee acknowledges that Nuix may make, store and maintain back up copies of Licensee Data, but is not obliged to do so. Nuix will not be liable for any loss or corruption of Licensee Data.

  • Device Data We may share certain personal information and device-identifying technical data about you and your devices with third party service providers, who will compare and add device data and fraud data from and about you to a database of similar device and fraud information in order to provide fraud management and prevention services, which include but are not limited to identifying and blocking access to the applicable service or Web site by devices associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Such information may be used by us and our third party service providers to provide similar fraud management and prevention services for services or Web sites not provided by us. We will not share with service providers any information that personally identifies the user of the applicable device.

  • Originating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • Metering Data At Developer’s expense, the metered data shall be telemetered to one or more locations designated by Connecting Transmission Owner, Developer and NYISO. Such telemetered data shall be used, under normal operating conditions, as the official measurement of the amount of energy delivered from the Large Generating Facility to the Point of Interconnection.

  • Exception Where Databases Contain Sufficient Information A Reporting Financial Institution is not required to perform the paper record search described in subparagraph D.2. of this section if the Reporting Financial Institution’s electronically searchable information includes the following:

  • Sensitive data Where the transfer involves personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, or biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or a person’s sex life or sexual orientation, or data relating to criminal convictions and offences (hereinafter ‘sensitive data’), the data importer shall apply the specific restrictions and/or additional safeguards described in Annex I.B.

  • Billing Information 6.1 NLT and the RL shall provide each other with information within their possession that is necessary to allow them to provide accurate and timely billing to each other and to any other relevant third parties.

  • CONTRACT INFORMATION 1. The State of Arkansas may not contract with another party:

  • User Data In addition to any disclosures authorized by Section 24, You and Your Authorised Users consent and agree that the RIM Group of Companies may access, preserve, and disclose Your or Your Authorised Users' data, including personal information, contents of your communication or information about the use of Your BlackBerry Solution functionality and the services or software and hardware utilized in conjunction with Your BlackBerry Solution where available to RIM ("User Data"), to third parties, including foreign or domestic government entities, without providing notice to You or Your Authorized Users under the laws of countries where the RIM Group of Companies and its service providers, other partners and affiliates are located in order to: (i) comply with legal process or enforceable governmental request, or as otherwise required by law; (ii) cooperate with third parties in investigating acts in violation of this Agreement; or (iii) cooperate with system administrators at Internet service providers, networks or computing facilities in order to enforce this Agreement. You warrant that You have obtained all consents necessary under applicable law from Your Authorised Users to disclose User Data to the RIM Group of Companies and for the RIM Group of Companies to collect, use, process, transmit, and/or disclose such User Data as described above.
