Tolling of Restrictive Period. The time period during which the Executive is to refrain from the activities described in Section 7 of this Agreement will be extended by any length of time during which the Executive is in breach of Section 7 of this Agreement. The Executive acknowledges that the purposes and intended effects of the restrictive covenants would be frustrated by measuring the period of the restriction from the date of termination the Executive’s employment where the Executive failed to honor the restrictive covenant until required to do so by court order.
Tolling of Restrictive Period. The running of the Restricted Period shall be tolled during the period of any breach by any Seller or Seller Owner of any of the Restrictive Covenants solely with respect to such Seller or Seller Owner.

The periods described in Sections 13(b), (c) (d) and (e) above shall not run during any period of time in which the Optionee is in violation of this paragraph and shall toll during any such period of violation. If Optionee resides in and is subject to the laws of Wisconsin, then this paragraph shall not apply.

Tolling of Restrictive Period. In the event of any nonfulfillment or breach by any Seller of any of the covenants and agreements set forth in this Section 9.3, the Restrictive Periods with respect to such Seller shall be tolled during (and shall be deemed to be automatically extended by) any period in which such Seller is in violation of the covenants and agreements set forth in this Section 9.3.
Tolling of Restrictive Period. Executive agrees that the time periods in Paragraph 10 during which s/he is restricted from competitive activities and solicitation and is required to give notice to future business contacts will be tolled during any period Executive is in breach of the noncompetition and nonsolicitation provisions, and during the pendency of any litigation over enforcement of those provisions of this Agreement.
