Tobacco Hazards Education and Smoking Cessation Referrals. The Grantee shall make available to clients, employees and community members educational materials, provided by the Commission, on the health hazards of tobacco. The Grantee shall make available to clients, employees and community members, at the Grantee’s offices and service delivery and event sites, information provided by the Commission, regarding smoking cessation services.
