Notice and Questionnaire definition

Notice and Questionnaire means a Notice of Registration Statement and Selling Securityholder Questionnaire substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

Notice and Questionnaire means a written notice delivered to the Company substantially in the form attached as Annex A to the Final Memorandum.
