Title Insurance Endorsements. The ALTA Owner's policy referenced in Section 2.6(a) shall include endorsements insuring over the encroachments listed in Exception 29 to the Title Policy attached hereto as Schedule 1.1 similar to the endorsements listed in such Title Policy.
