Timeline Extensions. In extenuating circumstances, an ET may determine that it is necessary to deviate from the timelines outlined in these guidelines. In such cases, a written request from the ET is submitted to the Academic Senate Second Vice President, specifying the deviation which the ET requests and the reasons for the request. The Academic Senate Vice President shall determine whether to grant or deny the request within five instructional days of receipt.
