Common use of Time of Paid Holiday Clause in Contracts

Time of Paid Holiday. (a) Except for Employees working a Night Shift, as defined in Article 15.02(b), a Paid Holiday shall be considered as commencing at 10:00pm of the day preceding the Paid Holiday and ending 10:00pm on the Paid Holiday.

Time of Paid Holiday. (a) Except for Employees working a Night Shift, as As defined in Article 15.02(b15.03(b), a Paid Holiday shall be considered as commencing at 10:00pm 12 midnight of the day preceding the Paid Holiday and ending 10:00pm 12 midnight on the Paid Holiday.
