Time of handing over the Possession a) Subject to terms of this clause and subject to the Vendee having complied with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and not being in default under any of the provisions of this Agreement and complied with all provisions, formalities, documentation etc., as prescribed by the Vendor/Developer, and all just exceptions, the Vendor/Developer based on its present plans and estimates shall endeavour to hand over the possession of the Unit within a period agreed upon in terms of Clause 7.1 (a) herein above.

Time of handing over the Possession a) Subject to terms of this clause and subject to the Vendee having complied with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and not being in default under any of the provisions of this Agreement and complied with all provisions, formalities, documentation etc., as prescribed by the Vendor, and all just exceptions, the Vendor based on its present plans and estimates shall endeavour to hand over the possession of the Flat within a period of 60(Sixty) months from the date of signing of this Agreement. The Vendee agrees and understands that the Vendor shall be entitled to a grace period of 90 days, after the expiry of 60 (Sixty) months, for applying and obtaining the occupation certificate in phases in respect of the different towers of the Group Housing Complex.

  • TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION (i) The work under this Contract shall commence within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed and will be substantially complete within thirty (80) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment within ninety (90) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run.

  • ROLE OF THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CONTACTS 5.01 Primary and Secondary Contact(s). The Resident, in executing this Agreement, is required to identify a “Primary Contact” and a “Secondary Contact”. It is strongly recommended that these contacts are parents or legal guardians of the Resident. The Primary Contact serves as the individual that is contacted by the Manager if concerns or problems arise with the Resident, as detailed in section 5.02 below. If the Primary Contact is not available, the Secondary Contact will be contacted.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD) Bus Terminal and Commercial Complex shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, is issued under the provisions of Article 14, and accordingly the commercial operation date of the Project shall be the date on which such Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate is issued (the “COD”). The Bus Terminal and Commercial Complex shall enter into commercial service on COD whereupon the Concessionaire shall be entitled to demand and collect Fee in accordance with provisions of Article 27 and that the entry of Bus Terminal or part thereof into commercial service shall always be subject to compliance with the provisions of Clause 18.3 and Clause 26.2.
