Time Limits Not Extended. Nothing in subdivision (a) of Public Contract Code section 20104.2 shall extend the time limit or supersede the notice requirements provided in this Contract for filing claims by the Contractor.

Time Limit Should the Local Church fail to satisfy all of its obligations set forth herein by December 31, 2023, this Disaffiliation Agreement shall be null and void.
Time Limits Since it is important that grievances be processed as rapidly as possible, the number of days indicated at each level should be considered as a maximum and every effort should be made to expedite the process. The time limits specified may, however, be extended by mutual agreement.
Time Limitation The time limits established in the grievance procedures shall be followed by the parties and the aggrieved employee. If the time limit procedure is not followed by the Union or the aggrieved employee, the grievance shall be considered settled without precedent. If the time procedure is not followed by the Employer, the grievance shall automatically advance to the next step, but arbitration shall only be instituted upon timely written notice by the Union. The time limits established in the grievance and arbitration procedure may be extended by mutual agreement reduced to writing and signed by the parties.
Contract Term Extension “Contract Term Extension” means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension. When such extension is made, Forest Service shall make an appraisal using standard Forest Service methods and appraisal data in effect 45 days prior to the original Termination Date. Bid Premium Rates shall be added to such appraised rates to establish Flat Rates or Tentative Rates for the extension period. In event rates so established would develop Current Contract Value immediately prior to such an extension that is less than Current Contract Value at that time, Flat Rates and Tentative Rates in effect immediately prior to extension shall be retained for the extension period. In consideration for granting an extension, Purchaser shall pay the Government for Purchaser’s failure to cut and remove timber meeting Utilization Standards prior to Contract Term Extension, an amount that shall be the total of the costs to the Government resulting from the delay in harvest of Included Timber. Such costs will be determined by Forest Service and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Payment Does Not Imply Acceptance of Work The granting of any payment by City, or the receipt thereof by Contractor, shall in no way lessen the liability of Contractor to replace unsatisfactory work, equipment, or materials, although the unsatisfactory character of such work, equipment or materials may not have been apparent or detected at the time such payment was made. Materials, equipment, components, or workmanship that do not conform to the requirements of this Agreement may be rejected by City and in such case must be replaced by Contractor without delay.
Time Limit Extension The above mentioned time limits may be extended in individual cases, by the written consent of both Parties to this Agreement.
Minimum Terms This Agreement contains the minimum terms and conditions of employment or purchase to which the Writer is entitled. Except for credits for screen authorship, the Writer and Company are free to negotiate and contract for more favorable terms and conditions of employment than the minimum terms provided in this Agreement or the MBA. Only the WGA has the right to waive any of the provisions of this Agreement or the MBA.
