Common use of Three Weeks Vacation Clause in Contracts

Three Weeks Vacation. Employees who have completed five (5) or more consecutive years of employment shall receive three (3) calendar weeks off, with vacation pay for the period of vacation time-off equal to six percent (6%) of the Employee’s total wages earned in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the Employee’s last anniversary date.
