The 'Three Weeks Vacation' clause establishes an employee's entitlement to a minimum of three weeks of paid vacation time per year. Three Weeks Vacation. Employees with two (2) or more years of continuous service shall receive three (3) weeks vacation with pay based upon six per cent (6%) of earnings.
Three Weeks Vacation. An employee starting at the beginning of thirty seven (37) months and through eighty-four ( 84) months of continuous service shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of ten (10) hours per month, or up to three (3) weeks per year (10 hours x 12 months = 120 hours per year).
