Common use of Three Weeks Vacation Clause in Contracts

Three Weeks Vacation. Associates are eligible for three weeks vacation on the January 1 of the year in which they will complete eight years of continuous service. Associates are expected to take earned vacations during the current eligibility year. Vacation may not be accrued from one year to the next. Payment will not be made for unused vacation from prior years, nor will pay in lieu of vacation be allowed.
