Common use of Threats Clause in Contracts

Threats. Any Employee who is threatened with physical harm by any person or group while carrying out assigned duties shall immediately notify the Superintendent and, if necessary, the appropriate law enforcement authority. Immediate steps shall be taken by the Superintendent in cooperation with the Employee to provide for the Employee's safety. Steps may include notifying law enforcement, providing legal counsel and/or other xxxxxxx efforts. Precautionary measures for the Employee's safety shall be reported to the Employee and the President by the Superintendent at the earliest possible time.

Immediate steps shall be taken by the Superintendent District in cooperation with the Employee employee to provide for the Employeeemployee's safety. Steps may include notifying law enforcement, providing legal counsel and/or other xxxxxxx efforts. Precautionary measures for the Employeeemployee's safety shall be reported to the Employee employee and the President by the Superintendent at the earliest possible time.

Immediate Reasonable steps shall be taken by the Superintendent or other administrator in cooperation with the Employee employee to provide for the Employeeemployee's safety. Steps may include notifying safety and assist in contacting law enforcementenforcement authorities, providing legal counsel and/or other xxxxxxx effortsif appropriate. Precautionary measures deemed appropriate and reasonble for the Employeeemployee's safety shall be reported to the Employee employee and the President by the Superintendent at the earliest possible time.
