Common use of The Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

The Xxxxxx. (a) agrees that the terms of this document constitute the whole contract with RW and that, in entering this contract, the Xxxxxx relies upon no representations, oral or otherwise, other than those contained in this Agreement.
