Common use of The Utility Coordinator Clause in Contracts

The Utility Coordinator. in coordination with the County and its Designated Representative, shall determine the appropriate forms to be used on each assigned project and which utilities will be installed by “Agreement”, by “Permit”, or by “XXX”. The Utility Coordinator shall review and process all agreement and permit requests and forward to the County or its Designated Representative or TxDOT if the project is on-system project for final approval.
