Common use of The Supplier grants to Clause in Contracts

The Supplier grants to. the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use such of the Works as are necessary, and to the extent necessary, for the end user to obtain and utilize the intended benefit of the Products and/or Services. Source code will not be provided or escrowed unless specifically agreed upon between the parties; Supplier may invoice any costs related to escrow to the Buyer.
