The DNR Shall. A. Provide to NRCS, in an agreed-upon internet-based format mutually agreed to in a separate document, a usable, statewide NRCS field office ICT to assess and analyze natural heritage resources. Analyzed resources shall include at a minimum impacts to Federally-listed endangered, threatened, and candidate species, and habitat. (Unless otherwise indicated, the term “habitat” is utilized in this document to include all habitats that are officially designated as “critical” under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act (BGEPA) as well as other habitat that is occupied by or potentially suitable to support Federally-listed and candidate species and WV species of conservation concern.)

Succinctly describe the project results and whether or not the project goals were accomplished.  Identify which specific ratepayers can benefit from the project results and how they can achieve the benefits.  If it’s necessary to use a technical term in the Executive Summary, provide a brief definition or explanation when the technical term is first used.

  • Final Report Outline The Recipient shall Prepare a Final Report Outline in accordance with the Energy Commission Style Manual provided by the CAM.   • We will when making a determination as to whether a situation amounts to a Manifest Error, act fairly towards you but the fact that you may have entered into, or refrained from entering into, a corresponding financial commitment, contract or Transaction in reliance on an Order placed with us (or that you have suffered or may suffer any loss) will not be taken into account by us in determining whether there has been a Manifest Error.
