The Aircraft Type Rating. Payment that the Employee is receiving will be grandfathered from the date of exit of the last aircraft from Jetstar (of the aircraft type that is being discontinued), and will be reduced by the same amount as the increase in the Employee’s Salary as provided in Table 2 in clause 26. The absorption will occur at the time of each annual increase to their Salary as provided for in Table 2 in Clause 26, until the Aircraft Type Rating Payment is completely absorbed.‌

  • Maintenance of Rating Since the execution of this Agreement, there shall not have been any decrease in or withdrawal of the rating of any securities of the Company or any of its subsidiaries (including the Bank) by any “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” (as defined for purposes of Section 3(a)(62) of the 0000 Xxx) or any notice given of any intended or potential decrease in or withdrawal of any such rating or of a possible change in any such rating that does not indicate the direction of the possible change.

  • Moody’s Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc. and its successors.

  • Insurance Carrier Rating Coverages provided by Contractor must be underwritten by an insurance company deemed acceptable to the State of Washington’s Office of Risk Management. Insurance coverage shall be provided by companies authorized to do business within the State of Washington and rated A- Class VII or better in the most recently published edition of Best’s Insurance Rating. Enterprise Services reserves the right to reject all or any insurance carrier(s) with an unacceptable financial rating.

  • Insurance Company Rating The required insurance must be written by a company approved to do business in the State or Texas with a financial standing of at least an A- rating, as reflected in Best’s insurance ratings or by a similar rating system recognized within the insurance industry at the time the policy is issued.

  • ROCK GRADATION TYPES Purchaser shall manufacture rock in accordance with the types and amounts listed in the ROCK LIST. Rock must meet the following specifications for gradation and uniform quality when placed in hauling vehicles. Purchaser shall provide a sieve analysis upon request from the Contract Administrator.
