Faculty Responsibilities The principles of academic freedom shall be accompanied by corresponding principles of Faculty responsibility. While workload and additional Faculty responsibilities may be provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, the following are among the basic responsibilities of the Faculty:

General Responsibilities Issuer hereby engages Distributor to act as exclusive distributor of the shares of each class of the Funds. The Funds subject to this Agreement as of the date hereof are identified on SCHEDULE A, which may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 11 below. Sales of a Fund's shares shall be made only to investors residing in those states in which such Fund is registered. Additional Responsibilities You agree to: reasonably clean and maintain Covered Items; not harm/damage a Covered Item or Component; provide a safe working environment for Contractors; not damage property of a Contractor; and not threaten/harm us or a Contractor via phone, email, personal interaction, internet, social media or otherwise.

Districts Responsibilities 1. The DISTRICT shall provide to the ARCHITECT information regarding requirements for the PROJECT, including information regarding the DISTRICT’s objectives, schedule, and budget constraints, as well as any other criteria provided by the DISTRICT.
Assignment of Responsibilities The parties understand that, while hourly rate may be used in statistical calculations or to report the fulfillment of duties to governing agencies, graduate assistants who are employed as research, teaching or instructional assistants (Class codes 9181, 9182, 9183, 9184, 9550) are salaried employees. School Responsibilities 1. The School shall have the total responsibility for planning and determining the adequacy of the educational experience of students in theoretical background, basic skill, professional ethics, attitude and behavior, and will assign to the Facility only those students who have satisfactorily completed the prerequisite didactic portion of the School’s curriculum.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 7.01 Except to the extent provided herein, this Agreement in no way restricts the Employer in the management and direction of the Public Service.
