TERMS OF THE ARTICULATION AGREEMENT. 1. UMass Lowell guarantees the acceptance of students who complete one of the associate degree programs at NECC with an overall cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better to the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program at UMass Xxxxxx. All bachelor's degree candidates are required to earn a minimum 2.00 cumulative grade point average (GPA) in their UMass Xxxxxx courses, to present a minimum of 120 credits, fulfill the residency requirements, conform to the general regulations and requirements of the University, satisfy the regulations and academic standards of the colleges which exercise jurisdiction over the degrees for which they are matriculating, satisfy the curriculum requirements established by the departments or programs in their major, and complete the University's Core Curriculum requirements, which are listed within the program's curriculum outline.

UMass Lowell guarantees the acceptance of students who complete the Information Technology Security Penetration Testing Associate in Science Degree program at Cape Cod Community College with an overall cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better to the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Degree program at UMass Xxxxxx, Division of Graduate, Online & Professional Studies. All bachelor's degree candidates are required to earn a minimum 2.00 cumulative grade point average (GPA), present a minimum of 120 semester hours, fulfill the residency requirements, conform to the general regulations and requirements of the University, satisfy the regulations and academic standards of the colleges which exercise jurisdiction over the degrees for which they are matriculating, satisfy the curriculum requirements established by the departments or programs in their major, and complete the University's Core Curriculum requirements, which are listed within the program's curriculum outline.

  • OTHER TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT Except as specifically amended hereby, all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect and shall be binding upon the parties in accordance with their respective terms.

  • Terms of the Agreement Each Party shall treat the terms of this Agreement as the Confidential Information of other Party, subject to the exceptions set forth in Section 7.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Party acknowledges that the other Party may be obligated to file a copy of this Agreement with the SEC, either as of the Effective Date or at some point during the Term. Each Party shall be entitled to make such a required filing, provided that it requests confidential treatment of certain commercial terms and sensitive technical terms hereof to the extent such confidential treatment is reasonably available to it. In the event of any such filing, the filing Party shall provide the other Party with a copy of the Agreement marked to show provisions for which the filing Party intends to seek confidential treatment and shall reasonably consider and incorporate the other Party’s comments thereon to the extent consistent with the legal requirements governing redaction of information from material agreements that must be publicly filed. The other Party shall promptly provide any such comments.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. References to “this Agreement” or the use of the term “hereof” shall refer to this Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto, taken as a whole.

  • Governing Law; Terms This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, except to the extent that perfection of the security interest hereunder, or remedies hereunder, in respect of any particular Collateral are governed by the laws of a jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Unless otherwise defined herein or in the Credit Agreement, terms defined in Article 9 of the Code are used herein as therein defined.
