Common use of Termination of Work Clause in Contracts

Termination of Work. Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, each of the parties shall be entitled at any time to terminate the Marine Spill Response Services, or any portion thereof, being provided under this Agreement in any given case by giving notice to the other. Upon such notice being provided, WCMRC shall cease to provide the Marine Spill Response Services or any portion thereof, and shall carry out any required demobilization activities, at Subscriber’s cost, and Subscriber shall pay all outstanding WCMRC Fees (including all demobilization activity costs) and Taxes.
