Termination for Insubordination/Guilt in a Crime/Grievous Action. 9.2.1. When the employee’s actions are so destructive or detrimental that they cannot be tolerated, the employee may be terminated immediately without further notice. A written statement of the reasons for termination shall be provided to the employee within two (2) business days of the time the College becomes aware of the action, and the requirements of progressive discipline and the applicable notification period shall not apply.
