Termination for Cause by the County. In the event that Contractor fails to cure a Contractor Event of Default as authorized herein, or upon the occurrence of a Contractor Event of Default as specified in Section 7.A.1.(iii), the County may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part, effective upon receipt by Contractor of written notice of termination pursuant to this provision, and may pursue such remedies at law or in equity as may be available to the County.

Termination for Cause by the County. The County may terminate this Contract upon written notice for the breach by Contractor of any material term, condition or provision of this Contract, if such breach is not cured within the time period specified in the County’s notice of breach or any subsequent notice or correspondence delivered by the County to Contractor, provided that cure is feasible. In addition, the County may terminate this Contract effective immediately without penalty and without advance notice or opportunity to cure for any of the following reasons:
