Term of Confidentiality Obligation. The obligations of confidentiality and non-use in respect of Confidential Information as set forth in this Section 7 and all other conditions of this Section 7 shall remain in force without limit in time as it comprises Protected Health Information or which relates to a patient, his or her treatment and/or medical records.
