TENANT'S PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. (a) Landlord, shall cause to be prepared detailed architectural, telephone, mechanical and engineering plans including all dimensions and specifications for all work to be performed by Landlord in the Premises substantially in accordance with the space plan to be approved by Landlord and Tenant ("Plans").
