TEMPORARY MODIFIED DUTY ASSIGNMENTS. 96. Temporary modified duty assignments shall be administered in accordance with the revised General Order 11.12. The parties agree that, except for matters related to compensation while engaged in temporary modified duty assignments, decisions made pursuant to General Order 11.12 shall not be grievable under the parties’ MOU.
