Common use of TEMPORARY DISABLEMENT Clause in Contracts

TEMPORARY DISABLEMENT. Any employee covered by this Agreement and who, through temporary disablement, is unable to perform his/her regular duties, may be offered any light work available at a salary deter- mined by the Employer in consultation with the Union.
