Technology Lifecycle Management Plan. ‌ No later than by the time set forth in Exhibit T.3 (Transition-In Plan), but no later than the completion of all Transition-In tasks, Supplier shall prepare and deliver to County for Approval a written plan setting forth Supplier’s proposed plan for the implementation of the Technology Lifecycle Management Services described in this Section 2.8 (Technology Lifecycle Management Services) (the “Technology Lifecycle Management Plan”).
