Common use of TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE Clause in Contracts

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE. 1.1 Party B agrees, as exclusive Technical Support Service provider of Party A, to provide related Technical Support Service, which is listed in the Schedule A (the “Schedule A”) and is actually requested by Party A, during the effective term of this Agreement. 1.2 Party A hereby agrees to accept Technical Support Service provided by Party B. Party A further agrees that, during the effective term of this agreement, Party B is exclusive service provider with respect to the covenants hereunder, and Party A shall not appoint any other third party to provide services listed in Schedule A, except Party B contents with written form.
