Technical Reference Model (TRM. The TRM defines the standards and technologies to enable the delivery of service components and capabilities. The TRM promotes the use of common standards and technology components to support agencies’ business functions and “target architecture.” All IT investments must be aligned with the technologies supporting agencies’ business operations. The Infrastructure Services provide support for all technology components, services, and standards, integral to developing and maintaining the IT infrastructure. The Infrastructure Services provide the technical framework to effectively enable applications and service capabilities required for government business operations. The areas includes, but is not limited to, support for the following services: Service Access and Delivery; Service Platform and Infrastructure; Component Framework; and Service Interface and Integration.   • Technical References Technical References that describe the practices, procedures and specifications for certain services (and the applicable interfaces relating thereto) are listed on Schedule 2.3 (the “Technical Reference Schedule”) to assist the Parties in meeting their respective responsibilities hereunder.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender.   • DATA USED FOR CALCULATIONS The calculations for payments under this Agreement shall be initially based upon the valuations that are placed upon all taxable property in the District, including the Applicant’s Qualified Property, by the Appraisal District in its annual certified tax roll submitted to the District for each Tax Year pursuant to TEXAS TAX CODE § 26.01 on or about July 25 of each year of this Agreement. Immediately upon receipt of the valuation information by the District, the District shall submit the valuation information to the Third Party selected and appointed under Section 4.3. The certified tax roll data shall form the basis of the calculation of any and all amounts due under this Agreement. All other data utilized by the Third Party to make the calculations contemplated by this Agreement shall be based upon the best available current estimates. The data utilized by the Third Party shall be adjusted from time to time by the Third Party to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified tax roll or any other changes in student counts, tax collections, or other data.

  • TECHNICAL TASKS Products that require a draft version are indicated by marking “(draft and final)” after the product name in the “Products” section of the task/subtask. If “(draft and final)” does not appear after the product name, only a final version of the product is required. Subtask 1.1 (Products) describes the procedure for submitting products to the CAM.

  • Reference Materials The Board agrees to continue to make available to employees the reference materials maintained by the district. Principals are encouraged to provide additional reference materials of high use in schools where feasible.

  • Technical Requirements for SCPs/Databases 10.5.3.1 BellSouth shall provide physical access to SCPs through the SS7 network and protocols with TCAP as the application layer protocol.

Contractor’s employees assigned to this project must meet character standards as demonstrated by background investigation and reference checks, coordinated by the agency/department issuing this Contract.
