Technical and Organizational Measures. 4.1. Taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, Siemens shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. The technical and organizational measures implemented by Siemens for this purpose are described in the DPT Annexes. Customer understands and agrees that the technical and organizational measures are subject to technical progress and development. In that regard, Siemens shall have the right to implement appropriate alternative measures as long as the security level of the measures is maintained.
