CONTRACTOR NAME CHANGE. An amendment is required to change the Contractor's name as listed on this Agreement. In the event the Contractor changes its name, the Contractor shall notify the City Manager in writing prior to the change taking effect, and the Contractor shall publish notice of the change in a newspaper circulated in the contract area prior to the change taking effect.
