Team Coordination. An application to the Department or Districts for a mitigation bank shall be coordinated with the Corps in accordance with the Permit Application Coordination section IV. B. of this Agreement. When the Corps receives a mitigation bank or in-lieu-fee prospectus or draft prospectus, copies shall be provided to the Department or applicable District, along with other IRT members. In addition, the IRT shall coordinate, review, and take action on the items required by 33 C.F.R. § 332.8.
